With spacious grounds, this single level property overlooks the lush, green fairway of the Hualalai member's private Ke`olu Golf Club, and offers endless panoramic ocean views. The home includes an open, fully-equipped 'chef's' kitchen that includes a 5-burner gas stove, separate Sub-Zero refrigerator & freezer, and all that is needed for the ultimate dining experience. The built-in barbecue and lanai seating provides additional space to enjoy outdoor dining while soaking in the amazing Kona sunsets. A separate media room provides ample space for enjoying a "movie-night" or "the big game". Two (2) four-seat owner golf carts are included to access the amazing amenity facilities of the Four Seasons. Enjoy year-'round sunsets and panoramic ocean views while relaxing in the private heated pool and spa from the front Lanai.

The property layout consists of a main house of 3 large bedrooms, media room, dining/living area and 3.5 bathrooms. A separate studio cottage (Ohana) sits adjacent to the main house with it's own private entry off the driveway. It also enjoys direct access to the front lanai, hot tub and swimming pool.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa may enjoy access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee will apply with fees ranging from $65 - $200 per person/day seasonally (subject to change). This includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and resort-wide charging privileges. Some restrictions may apply during peak seasons.

Resort Dining:
Visit the Oceanfront Resident's Beach House, a favorite among homeowners and resort guests. Or try the popular Beach Tree Restaurant, on the beachfront at the Four Seasons. The Hualalai Grille at the golf clubhouse is a casual spot for a quick, light supper and Ulu remains one Hawaii Island's best seafood restaurants. Room service is available for pick up at the hotel's front entry and all restaurants will prepare 'meals to go' for golf cart pick up - very convenient!

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
