The main living area is warm, open, and inviting, with generous seating, refined island furnishings, a large flat-screen television, and wide pocket doors that open to the covered lanai. From the living room and outdoor seating areas, guests can enjoy beautiful views across the manicured fairways toward the ocean and coastline beyond.

The dining area and kitchen are equally welcoming, featuring warm wood cabinetry, stone countertops, quality appliances, and an elegant dining space framed by ocean views. Whether enjoying a quiet breakfast before the beach or a sunset dinner after a day at the resort, the villa offers a comfortable and polished setting for gathering together.

The primary suite is spacious and serene, featuring a king bed, television, ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a private sitting area with tropical inspired design and beautiful resort views. The second bedroom offers a king bed, television, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom includes a California king Murphy bed, television, and bathroom access, creating flexibility for families, couples, or small groups traveling together.

One of the villa’s most special features is its covered lanai, where guests can relax with morning coffee, enjoy ocean breezes, or unwind after a day of golf, beach time, or resort activities. The Hillside Community Pool is conveniently located nearby, offering an easy place to cool off and enjoy the neighborhood setting.

Guests also have use of two four-passenger golf carts, perfect for exploring the resort’s lush tropical landscaping, dramatic lava fields, beach areas, restaurants, and the Resident’s Beach House.

Four Seasons Resort Access:
Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $75 - $170 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $37 - $85 + tax for guest ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $230 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $115 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted 30 days prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.
